When is a check charged?
When it starts. You see the price and confirm it first. The charge stands whether or not the person finishes the check, so send the link when they are ready to do it.
What happens to unused verification credit?
Included credit builds up to three months of your plan's monthly grant: $150 on Practice, $450 on Firm. At that ceiling, monthly grants pause until you use some, and credit you already hold is never taken away. Credit you buy yourself is separate: it has no ceiling and never expires while your account is open.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a setup fee or minimum term?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed up front with two months free.
What is the Records Access Guarantee?
Your right to access and export every compliance record, on every plan, written into our terms.
What happens to my records if I leave?
You have 90 days after termination to export everything, at no charge. If you would rather keep viewing and exporting your records for the rest of the seven year statutory retention period, the Retention Service above is available.
